1. We have implemented certain restrictions on presidencies in regards to power and such, so that a president is not useless, but also does not have more power.

2. Plus mods can not always set up community events and such. A president can do such things to involve the community and bring site engagement up

I am generally anti claims for the most part in regards to character. I believe it ultimately to be a net detriment to town. While it may have helped town here, note it also hurt town as well, as they knew your character and killed you in DP1 because of your claim and how Lunatic fake claimed Pikachu (which was a very solid play FYI). If scum were to claim less sus characters, I would say it's more of a detriment
