The sheer hypocrisy of banning me "an obvious and blatant lie that it crossed into trolling territory." , but allowing a user to call the mod tem a bunch of faggots (even if it is true) is ridiculous. Thett should be banned and reprimanded and the fact that Thett is still here is absurd.
The fact that we have an autistic user literally threatening every member of the plastics and even the loose outliers of the group, who are not official members of it, but more like honorary members, is ridiculous. Nobody should be allowed to call a bunch of users "Faggots" and get away with it merely because they are good at subtlety. Nobody should be allowed to threaten other users just because they attempt and fail at subtlety.
Thett should get a ban, and the fact he isn't is hypocrisy on the mod team's part. I would never get away with it, because I don't have Thett's level of prestige, and that's fucked up. No user should have more rights than another. I would never get away with the threats, because despite the mental illness, I have not exibited enough crazy behavior to excuse such actions. No user should be allowed special privileges.

Hopefully this post is not deleted and then claimed to have not happened. As somebody with 40 subordinates, I know this type of ego stroking personally, and it is dangerous for somebody to give a shit about it and give the fan boy a position of authority. While it may make you feel good to be surrounded by sycophants, ultimately it is at the cost of having competent people around you. The type of people who surround themselves with sycophants once in a position of authority, usually can't see past their own ego and make terrible leaders. BSH1 is a cancer to this site, and if not stopped it will spread and turn this place into whatever the hell Lar's site is called.

Anyone who is aware of the mods Recusing themselves of dealing with you, please let me know below, and your theories for why. There are many problems with this practice though originally I thought it was a a good ideal. I thought hey bsh1 is biased against me and overzealous in his modding, so no big deal, but now the veil Has been lifted. You are supposed to pick a well respected member of the site who has a history of and is not afraid of butting heads with you to take the role. It seems that this time the person chosen was not chosen for these traits, but merely chosen for their ability to be a puppet and to create plausible deniability for the mod team.
The mod's Recusing themselves is just a way to deal with members they label as toxic, without having to take responsibility for their decisions. Right now, I ask BSH1 to be a man, learn real leadership, stop creating layers of plausible deniability and take responsibility for his decisions. If you can't be a fair mod to somebody don't recuse yourself from modding them, recuse yourself from modding altogether so somebody who can mod EVERYONE fairly , can step in and take the job. I have 40 subordinates at work. I haven't reused myself of dealing with any of them. It's bad leadership and a cowardly way to insulate yourself from criticism in how that individual is dealt with.
BSH1, just because you are gay, doesn't mean you can't be a man. Be a man and start leading responsibly please.

I have a supposed conduct violation in the following debate with BSH1: https://www.debateart.com/debates/310 . In the last round I claimed that bsh1 sent me a PM that stated the following
"Wylted, go fuck yourself. You suck at debating and it is a slap in the face to have to suffer through a debate with such a retard"
Let's imagine this was a lie on my part, and that it should be punished though I disagree, I have been banned from the following practices;
1. starting or accepting debates
This is fair, it took place in a debate the punishment fits the crime.
2. Voting on debates
Not even remotely fair and has nothing to do with the supposed violation.
3. I have been banned from reporting debates or votes on debates
How is this even relevant. If I see child porn posted on a debate I just have to ignore it now, instead of reporting it, I have not abused the report function. This is unfair and unjust.

I am about to be banned 3 days because Castin said if I do not apologize I will be banned. For all anybody knows all PM screen shots of my interactions with bsh1 have been faked by him, so no evidence against me that is believable is out against me. I did tell him and virtuosa I lied about bsh1 in the debate, but for all they know I merely did that to defend his reputation to a couple of people close to him, and that my original allegation was honest.

I have very little time to make my case as I assume I will be banned shortly, but my philosophy is that in the debate, and as long as these things do not have provable repercussions outside of a debate that any arguments made should be permissable given the tabula Rasa method most judges should be using. That means if I need to lie about an opponents behind the scene manners to win, it is permissable.

In short, it can not be proven I lied about bsh1, screen shots can be and often are faked, if I did lie it is permissable to lie to win a debate, and if not permissable than the punishment does not fit the crime.

Fake news is just rhetoric to say over sensationalized and without much substance. EVeryone knows that is what Trump means when he says itIs that really fake news? To me, fake news is, or at the very least should be news that is nonfactual but is reported as factual. Those topics seem more like subjective opinion pieces to me. And hopefully we can agree that he, his candidacy and his presidency have been marred with enough controversies that negative opinion is hardly unwarranted or a surprise.

How come you are allowed to get away with vague threats on here such as "You'll regret that later" and other times you have hinted around that you would attempt to make somebody's life a living hell, but another user who uses the word tranny (and I am risking being banned myself by putting that there) is insta-banned?

Wyled A and Wylted B are the continuation of Wylted. If I wasn't duplicated twice at some future point would you agree that I should be punished if I commit murder? If so why would that change merely because there is now a wylted A and B, both of those wylted's are still murderers?
If you are making an argument that murderers shouldn't be punished, that is a different story. I think punishing them does set an example that prevents other people from murdering and removes dangerous people from society.
It's kinda like Roko's basalisk, in that we have to make the rational choice for people, to not murder. If we carry through on punishments it offers a person in the past an opportunity not to murder if we are in fact just a thought and they are running our actions through a computer simulation to see if we will punish them for their actions.
You see, like a Roko's Basalisk but concerning the past.

They would both be current me, but would be two seperate individuals. We can refer to one as wylted A and one as Wylted be. So I would be both, but neither of them would be each other. If original wylted commits murder, both of them should go to prison, but if wylted A commits murder, wylted B should not be punished for it. I hope that complicated scenario is clear to you now.

Eating meat only becomes immoral when we can cheaply and completely replicate the high quality versions of it in a lab, and it only becomes unethical if the person has easy access to the cheap artificially created version of meat. We are animals and we live in a brutal world on the edge of chaos, despite denying this by becoming seperated from the brutality. Most of us are seperated from having to see a battlefield and be their while troops defend our national interests, most of us are shielded from seeing the parts of our own society, we put the police and courts in charge of blinding us from, most of us pay to have others kill, de feather and chop up our food so it is no longer recognizable as an animal. Don't let the fact we have willfully blinded ourelves from the brutality of the world serve as proof the world is not brutal. Do not let the fact the brutality makes you uneasy, fool you into thinking brutality is unethical. We currently need that brutality to survive. Maybe one day we won't but I doubt it, we'll just continually become further removed from the brutality until we can convince ourselves it does not and should not exist.

Words written on paper isn't really memories. I think writing a complete journal is a good analogy to use, to make the topic more understandable, but it wouldn't be accurate. Memory is more than just words that describe a situation, but electrical impulses that bring back a smell or a tingling sensation remembering something you fear, not that that completely captures it either. Ofcourse memory is only part of it, it is the cycling of the memories themselves, one after another constantly creating a new you. If we were to pause all of that and then destroy it all and replicate those things with new different material in a robot 2000 years from now, it would still be you.
