I don't think you guessed wrong.  You were very successful and calculated to meet your ends.  While I know there is a real possibility that you will be essentially punished for trying to carry the game due to lack of engagement, fmpov you are my best odds.

since there is really limited information, you tried hard to get me to vote last lynch, though I didn't change my vote, so far it seems I've been correct, there are no guarantees, it's a best guess.

We should secure a lynch every DP, if I am working to secure the wrong one, than you should work to secure the correct one, not just passively vote.

If you're correct that it is just a best guess, than why does it make me scummy to guess wrong? I once again think budda is scum. He seemed to have too much insight on why vaarka was the scum target. He showed why an experienced scum team would make the decision to kill vaarka. So his insight is good because either him or tuf are scum. The only people experienced enough to think vaarka was a good NK target are him and tuf/lunatic

So are you saying I shouldn't be allowed to make mistakes? Why didn't you rally successful lynches? Is this a case of nobody wants to lead, so when somebody does lead, if they fuck up they get the blame? And since when does being wrong make somebody scum? What if I am innocent, does that make budda scum, he is just as responsible for leading the dp1 lynch as me, if not more so, and he is certainly going to be the one driving this lynch if it happens. So if I flip innocent, will you lynvh budda, based on the same logic?

I have not always been very sociable. Putting myself in positions where people would naturally come to interact with me is how I developed in that regard. Before that, I pretty much just sat in bushes while thumbing through prayer beads or something. I was pretty content to be alone. I had to make a conscious effort to even care enouhh to interact with people. I pushed myself to do that because I realized it was the right thing to do.

Nothing wrong with that. I prefer to be alone. I don't know that communicating with others is the "right thing to do", I just know that it benefits me to be a social butterfly at times. I'm really good at social dynamics for whatever reasons, which is why no matter where I go I tend to build a loyal following or group that I can use. I wish the world was a true meritocracy, so that I didn't have to be politicking so much. I'd rather promote my best people to surround me, but instead I am forced to promote people who have a combined loyalty and competence. It's probably neccesary for me to be good at politics anyway since I occasionally destroy my life. Each time I do so I learn how to more quickly gain an acceptable level of money and influence, though the definition of acceptable keeps rising.

If you have an education and a real skill, you probably can avoid having to worry about social dynamics at all.

I generally find extremely conservative views problematic, as they too often fail to recognize that substantive freedom is just as, if not more, important than literal freedom.

Literal freedom must come first. It currently doesn't exist and we see the results. We have a world where injustice, poverty and suffering are common place. We tried the path you reccomend and are currently trying it, and it has failed us.
