Short answer: I haven't seen it, so no.
Long answer: Key the Metal Idol is such a niche anime. I've read through some basic info on the series and Tokiko is a girl who believes she is a robot (apparently she's not) who wields powerful supernatural abilities when she's under extreme emotional stress. She tries to become an idol to make friends so that she can "become human." None of that screams "bodyguard" of any kind, nor does it indicate some kind of highly varied/specific ability.
Generally, though, the tenuous connection to the character is secondary to a separate problem: this role makes no damn sense. It seems tailor-made to explain why someone would track him to a given target and the result being... anything at all. If Vader actually crafted this role, it's built to sus, and I'm sussing it.
The only caveat I can give now is that I will say that I was visited by someone. I will not explain how I know this. Based on SirAnon's result, we'd have to conclude that it wasn't Wylted. So, at least for now, I would say that Wylted is pretty clearly the one who should be lynched this DP.
As for who I think That2 was, my strongest guess is Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail. It's also possible that it's Eris Greyrat or Roxy Migurdia from Mushoku Tensei, but I'm thinking not.

Fair enough. Just to get this out of the way: both Barney and SirAnon are characters from anime that were practically guaranteed to be here, and while it’s possible that they are fake-claiming and are actually villains from their respective anime, I doubt it. So they, along with Pie, are my stronger townreads.
As for others, I have a good idea of who That2 was and who BK probably is (at least, I’ve narrowed it down to 2 for each). Based on that and what little I know of his behavior, I think BK’s town.
Earth and Crystal are null because of the obvious.
That leaves Wylted, Austin and badger as my picks for likely scum at the moment, but I’m writing this in a hurry and I’ll need to read back through to make stronger reasons for it than PoE.

That’s too vague. Look up the anime and check the genre and sex of your character. Shouldn’t be that hard. Similarly, from Barney, this:

I’m catching back up. I might be getting too deep into mod psych, but Mima Tokiko is the only claim so far that I’ve had to look up because it’s a pretty niche OVA. I can understand sussing the claim for that reason - it’s easy to avoid a CC if you pick something generally within the years of shows Vader has watched while simultaneously choosing something that isn’t very popular, and… yeah, it doesn’t score well and this is not a popular character. I wouldn’t be surprised if Vader had thrown in a niche anime or two, and maybe this is it, but it definitely raises alarm bells.
I’ll need to check back through Wylted’s prior posts to see if I’m seeing a similar trend. As of now, if Austin really is silenced, it doesn’t really change what I think should happen.

I was thinking anti heroes also early on but that came from getting what I thought was your soft claim wrong. You said "lighter touch" which I thought meant you were claiming light from death note but apparently not since you said you don't consider it scifi and claimed a scifi character. I literally thought you were vigilante, which is obviously not true if Austin is alive
I did soft claim back in DP1, though it wasn’t quite that direct. I’d characterize Death Note as supernatural drama. And yeah, I would have definitely shot Austin if I was the Vig.
Also, while I did give a list of characters, I know at least a couple of likely ones that weren’t on that list, Light included. I won’t specify who else, but I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if there was a TP.

Alright, I don’t know what the fuck that is from Austin, but I’m guessing it’s something to do with his role (likely it fucks with votes in some way) and, frankly, he’s the easy lynch this DP. Wylted’s claim is very strange and I’m not sure how much I trust it, but I don’t trust Austin at all. Dude was behaving oddly in DP1, but his claim set me off. I suspect that he claimed another MC from Monster to avoid getting CC’d on a fake claim - Johan is far more likely to be Supa’s favorite character from the show. The decision to jump late on the lynch of Wylted at the end there sealed it for me. Suddenly deciding to hop on that bandwagon definitely didn’t sit well. I’m willing to consider a Wylted lynch later, but this DP, the choice is obvious.
I’d prefer to wait until the end of the DP to lynch him, if only because we still lack two soft claims entirely and the two we just got are too fluid (both of you will need to nail those down better), but for now at least, I’m going to lock this in:

I doubt we’ll get the votes to lynch someone this DP and I don’t feel super confident about anyone at this stage.
That being said, I will expect (as should we all) that our inactives (you’re all tagged on this) post next DP. All three of you should post both your genre and character sex at the start of the next DP, and you should post your reads. I will not hesitate to pressure anyone who doesn’t - 3 days of virtually no activity (and the complete absence of activity from Sir.Lancelot) is only hurting the game.

I can believe that Vader’s seen Monster, but the decision to choose Kenzo over Johan is… surprising. In general, it’s a choice that stands out. He’s not a rare choice for favorites from the series, but it stands as a bit odd.
As for why I was sussing you earlier, I thought I was pretty clear, but it wasn’t that you were defensive, it’s how you chose to be defensive. Pretty sure SirAnon picked up on a similar manner of response that stood out to him. Not sure I could put my finger on what specifically bothered me there.

Lancelot is still completely inactive. I am not in favor of lynching him now. I would prefer if we can get a replacement as soon as possible.
I agree with this. Frankly, having one completely inactive player (and 2 almost entirely inactive players) has slowed down this DP a lot and, unless Vader is willing to extend it to find a replacement for Lancelot, I don’t think we have the luxury of waiting for more info. So, I’ll give my reads and thoughts on a lynch.
I’m not willing to lynch Lancelot, Earth or Crystal at this point. Their inactivity makes them net harmful to this game and, frankly, it’s frustrating as hell, but at least in the latter 2 cases they’ve said something and, in Lancelot’s case, he just seems distracted by other things on the site since he has been active, but hasn’t posted here. I’m good with considering lynches on any of them next DP if they do this again.
Pie is my strongest townread, not because he claimed Miller, but because of the nature of his character claim. There’s no way he came up with that on the spot and I doubt even a hardcore anime fan would have. It could still be a fake claim given to them by Vader, but I’ve got behavioral reasons for doubting that.
Most other players are coming off as neutral. Wylted is consistently hard to read this early. Badger is engaging more and in the way I’ve seen him do it many times before. BK did have that one weird line about “These are not the types of anime I usually watch,” which may mean he knows more than just Pie’s and his own claim, but I’m seeing mostly town behavior from him, so it balances for now.
That leaves SirAnon, Austin and That2, all of whom I’m lightly scumreading. SirAnon, in particular, has been surprisingly limited in his contributions so far, largely focusing on the Miller claim without providing any meaningful contributions. It all reads as fluff. That2 has been posting pretty normally, but his response to my issue with him putting what he called a placeholder vote on Pie came off as overly defensive, especially as he pushed back on the view that he was trying to start a wagon. Also, his decision to skip the order without explanation stands out, though I can’t say whether it’s anti-town or scummy yet. Austin is my weakest scum read, but a combination of being a tad too defensive in response to Pie stood out to me. He was lighter with Badger, so it’s hard to tell if he’s just being a bit more responsive to a stronger reason to sus him, but I’m on the fence about it.
So if we had to pick a lynch, I’d go with SirAnon, though I’ll settle for a character claim if we can’t get the votes with so many inactives. At this point, I will not be satisfied with a soft claim, so if we don’t get an extension and/or the votes to push a claim, that will be my aim at the start of the next DP.

Just to be clear, there are 2 "Sirs" in the game, guys, but since one of them has been completely inactive, I assume we're talking about SirAnon. I'm not sure why he's the most obvious one to give a claim at this stage, though his contributions have been pretty perfunctory so far and he's mainly focused on the miller claim, which isn't very interesting or insightful. In that respect, he might be trying to lay low and contribute little, but if that's what we're looking for, then Earth's contributions have been even less effectual. Still, as it stands, BK, SA and Earth all fall into this camp, so I at least understand the basics of why they're being considered.
That being said, I've only seen one response to my post about general claims from BK and everyone else seems to be ignoring it, so I'll tag the people who are active and ask again: what does everyone think about popcorning to lock in soft claims from everyone who is active?

In terms of narrowing the field a bit, I’ve got a few options for what we could all soft claim. One is just to say if your anime is on that list or not, but since that may be too specific, we can always go with a few possibilities.
Anime genre (shonen, romance, action, comedy, etc.)
Character alignment (hero, villain, anti-hero, etc.)
Character sex
I tend to oppose these kinds of claims when they give too good of an indication of who your character is, but these all seem general enough that I’m not concerned about that. We should have something we can work with to narrow down suspects and I think this is a good place to start. I’ll be happy to go first if we agree on one.

Alright, I think it’s worth putting out some thoughts about the theme. I don’t suspect that I know what the theme split is (we haven’t gotten confirmation that there is a theme split yet - @Vader, would appreciate your clarification on that), and I’m not sure why PREZ is claiming any knowledge of a split with what amounts to a single full claim, his claim, and presumably at least some soft claims. I can’t say I know enough characters to guess it even if I assume that there is an obvious split.
That being said, I think we should be starting to do at least a bit of mod psych here to determine what characters are likely to be in this game. I wanted to wait to provide a list until after I saw at least one more claim, but we should be generating some discussion here and I think there are enough obvious choices to have a list. Not usually the biggest fan of asking people if they’re on or off of a given list, but I’ll try to make this long enough that it’s not easy to narrow down. I’ll give the anime I expect to be represented in here and the likely character. Vader is a pretty hardcore shonen fan, no surprise there (Assassination Classroom definitely falls into that), so most of these will be in that category and yes, of course there will be waifus.
