Transcendence from unequal biology.

It's fetish as politics.

I'm just amazed at the so called academic intellectuals tossing about the term "equality" in a world where there isn't anything equal in nature.

you're the one who refuses to explain why you believe some people are "genetically advantaged".

EQUALITY = NO "HEAD-STARTS"

so no affirmative action and everyone is genetically engineered at a lab at conception. what a dystopia.
DO YOU REALLY THINK SOME HUMANS ARE BORN INTRINSICALLY "BETTER" THAN OTHERS?

What's your point, though? Where are the intellectuals tossing round the word "equality" that you disagree with it? I don't believe that all men were created equal. There's a snivelling sort out there for sure. I don't see any real problems posed to politics in that, though.

@3RU7AL
think of "society" as a game

think of being born as the pre-game character roll

think of legal adulthood as the start of gameplay

with no inheritance

with no gifts

with no nepotism

your "resume" cannot include any of your private medical information (including what you look like naked and your genetic history and your chronology)

your "resume" can only be a demonstration of your skill specific to the job you're applying for

nobody wants to play a game that has loaded dice
How would a system which facilitates individual sovereignty disallow inheritance and nepotism? Aren't those expressions of private decisions?

It's all a bit of fun. Greyparrot posts in every thread about equality, though. I really don't see where it fits into the everyday issues or personal justifications about things generally. Capitalism is the future. It's survival of the fittest by proxy. It's self-organising and cannibalistic, and just nothing's ever going to measure up. Zero dead weight. But it's a zero sum game too, and we'll find out soon enough.

Apparently China has also harnessed capitalism like nothing can compare to, lifted 400 million people out of abject poverty in the last couple of decades. Be interesting to see where that goes, too. I'm also like half certain a "healthy" capitalist economy depends on the exploitation of shitheap countries, to be honest. It's all a game on how we value our time. There needs to be extremes in it, or there's nothing.

think of it like a game of "monopoly"

would you participate in a game where your competitors already owned hotels on half the board and had vastly outsized cash reserves before you even rolled your first move?

forget the metaphor for a minute

would you play this board game ?

Washington DC Politicians, absolutely. Most voters pay no federal taxes.

Business Executives?

Unlikely since the voters an executive is accountable to actually have their personal money invested in them.

Thanks for displaying your ignorance on agriculture.
