 I dont see what is your problem here. This is not the first time you complain. If you have something to say, say it. I get it, you hate map a lot. You wish them a horrible and painful life. I heard it all before from your people.

Anti-racism writer Richard Wright
"Our too-young and too-new America, lusty because it is lonely, aggressive because it is afraid, insists upon seeing the world in terms of good and bad, the holy and the evil, the high and the low, the white and the black; our America is frightened of fact, of history, of processes, of necessity. It hugs the easy way of damning those whom it cannot understand, of excluding those who look different, and it salves its conscience with a self-draped cloak of righteousness."

"Violence is a personal necessity for the oppressed...It is not a strategy consciously devised. It is the deep, instinctive expression of a human being denied individuality."

"But the color of a Negro's skin makes him easily recognizable, makes him suspect, converts him into a defenseless target."

"Goddamnit, look! We live here and they live there. We black and they white. They got things and we ain't. They do things and we can't. It's just like livin' in jail."

"We had our own civilization in Africa before we were captured and carried off to this land. We smelted iron, danced, made music and folk poems; we sculpted, worked in glass, spun cotton and wool, wove baskets and cloth. We invented a medium of exchange, mined silver and gold, made pottery and cutlery, we fashioned tools and utensils of brass, bronze, ivory, quartz, and granite. We had our own literature, our own systems of law, religion, medicine, science, and education."

"At the age of twelve I had an attitude toward life that was to endure, that was to make me seek those areas of living that would keep it alive, that was to make me skeptical of everything while seeking everything, tolerant of all and yet critical. The spirit I had caught gave me insight into the sufferings of others, made me gravitate toward those whose feelings were like my own, made me sit for hours while others told me of their lives, made me strangely tender and cruel, violent and peaceful.
It made me want to drive coldly to the heart of every question and it open to the core of suffering I knew I would find there. It made me love burrowing into psychology, into realistic and naturalistic fiction and art, into those whirlpools of politics that had the power to claim the whole of men's souls. It directed my loyalties to the side of men in rebellion; it made me love talk that sought answers to questions that could help nobody, that could only keep alive in me that enthralling sense of wonder and awe in the face of the drama of human feeling which is hidden by the external drama of life."

"The impulse to dream was slowly beaten out of me by experience. Now it surged up again and I hungered for books, new ways of looking and seeing."

"Men simply copied the realities of their hearts when they built prisons."

"Every time I get to thinking about me being black and they being white, me being here and they being there, I feel like something awful’s going to happen to me."

"They felt they had you fenced off so that you could not do what you did. Now they’re mad because deep down in them they believe that they made you do it. When people feel that way, you can’t reason with ‘em."

"No; he did not think they would suspect him of anything. He was black. Again he felt the roll of crisp bills in his pocket; if things went wrong he could always run away. He wondered how much money was in the roll; he had not even counted it. He would see when he got to Bessie’s. No; he need not be afraid. He felt the gun nestling close to his skin. That gun could always make folks stand away and think twice before bothering him."

"Although he could not put it into words, he knew not only had they resolved to put him to death, but they were determined to make his death mean more than a mere punishment; that they regarded him as a figment of that black world which they feared and were anxious to keep under control."

"To Bigger and his kind, white people were not really people; they were a sort of great natural force, like a stormy sky looming overhead or like a deep swirling river stretching suddenly at one’s feet in the dark."

Poem about Kim Jong Un (I didnt write it, I just found it)
Mount Paektu reaches across
To shape our beautiful land
Cheers resound all over the land
Hailing our dear General

He is the leader of the people
Carrying forward the Sun's cause
Long live long live General Kim Jong Un

All blossoms on this Earth
Tell of his love warm and strong
Blue East and West Seas sing
His exploits in their song

He is the artist of great joy
Glorifying the garden of Juche
Long live long live General Kim Jong Un

Socialist cause he defends
With iron will and courage
He raises national honour
Far and wide throughout the world

He is the champion of justice
Standing for independence
Long live long live General Kim Jong Un

I got back to playing Yugioh - after years of not playing - I am kinda impressed
For years, I held the position that Konami was just money grabbing corporation that cares not for balance in the game.

And for years, that was true. We had top decks that were so beyond other  decks that winning duel was impossible with those.

It was: you either play meta or you mostly lose. But there was a problem with that too. Konami releases new meta, bans former.

Even when playing online, every 6 months you had to build new meta decks from nothing. If you play in real life, that can cost 1000$.

So it was mostly repetitive pattern where non-meta decks played no role in the game. They might have as well been thrown out.

I quit playing and didnt really care anymore about Yugioh. It became dead game with no diversity and no fun duels.

Years past from that, and I decided to come back and check whats new in Yugioh today. Of course, meta still holds all advantage.

But one thing changed. New cards got released that can actually put meta in its place. To me, it came as a suprise.

I looked at new cards released:

1. Nibiru The Primal being
Card that basically ends opponent's entire field.

2. Dark Ruler No More
Great card to counter strong meta monsters.

3. Alpha the master of beasts
Almost free 3000 atk monster that can take out 1 opponent's monster for free

Combine these with Lava Golem and winged dragon of Ra sphere mode, you basically get almost perfect anti-meta set.

For those unfamilliar with Yugioh, meta are basically top decks that summon lots of monsters to overwhelm opponent. They are very consistent in getting good hands.

I noticed that ban list changed too. With Change of Heart being unbanned, with Raigeki being at 3, with all those hand traps, Kaiju, Solemn...

I feel it gives non-meta decks more chance than they had before. It ended the seemingly endless rule of meta spam.

Of course, meta decks still are top decks, but their win ratio is no longer as high against regular decks. So Konami is on the good path.

@Iwantroosevelt

Ayn Rand was a corrupt capitalist. She argued for greedy selfish society. The fact she was on welfare, the system she despised the most, the social system of government payment, that is incredibly inconsistent of her. Maybe she finally changed her mind. Of course, government should be big. That is the best government generally. Small governments cannot compete and fail, or need protection from big ones.

Why are liberals less Islamophobic than conservatives?
"Little Red Book," also known as "Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-tung," is a collection of quotes and speeches by Mao Zedong, the Chinese Communist Party leader and the founder of the People's Republic of China. This book, widely distributed during the Cultural Revolution, holds immense significance in Chinese history and revolutionized the concept of political ideology.

The book is a compilation of Mao's thoughts and ideas from speeches, articles, and conversations he had between 1927 and 1964. It was first published in 1964 by the People's Liberation Army Daily and quickly became a cultural and political phenomenon throughout China. The red cover, representing the Communist revolution, and its small, pocket-sized format made it easily accessible to the masses.

The central theme of the "Little Red Book" revolves around Mao's political philosophy, which combines Marxism-Leninism with Chinese socialism. It emphasizes the necessity of class struggle, revolutionary struggle, and the continuous pursuit of revolution to achieve a classless society. Mao's belief in the power of the masses, especially the rural peasantry, as the driving force behind revolution is a prominent theme.

One of the key highlights of the book is Mao's concept of "continuous revolution under the dictatorship of the proletariat." He argues that revolution does not end with the overthrow of the bourgeoisie but continues within the socialist system to combat counter-revolutionary elements and prevent the re-emergence of exploiting classes. Mao also calls for the complete eradication of traditional Chinese values, customs, and institutions that hinder progress.

The book is divided into 33 chapters, covering various topics such as class struggle, the role of the Communist Party, guerrilla warfare, and the importance of ideological education. Each chapter consists of a series of short, concise quotations that are highly suggestive and open to interpretation. These quotes were intended to serve as guiding principles for the Chinese people and inspire them to actively participate in the Communist revolution.

"Little Red Book" became a symbol of loyalty and devotion to Mao and his ideology. During the Cultural Revolution, it was considered a sacred text, and possession or recitation of its quotes was seen as an act of ideological purity. The book was widely used in education, workplaces, and even households to promote Maoist principles and indoctrinate the masses.

The influence of the "Little Red Book" extended beyond China's borders, particularly in the global leftist movement. It became a source of inspiration for revolutionary groups and individuals worldwide who sought to challenge capitalist and imperialist systems. In countries like Cambodia, Peru, and Nepal, Mao's ideas shaped the ideologies of communist insurgencies.

Critics argue that the book's simplicity and lack of critical analysis oversimplified complex socio-political issues, leading to blind adherence to Mao's ideas. They argue that it contributed to the rise of dogmatism, collectivist thinking, and a disregard for individual rights and freedoms. Others, however, view it as a powerful tool for social change that empowered the marginalized and promoted equality.

Today, the influence of the "Little Red Book" has waned, and China has adopted a more market-oriented economy. However, it remains an important historical artifact that reflects a crucial period in Chinese history. Its impact on the country's political, social, and cultural landscape cannot be underestimated.

I am most confused by Obelisk.

Slifer is obviously Osiris, it says so in anime.

Ra is obviously Ra.

However, Obelisk seems a mistery. No Egyptian God was named Obelisk. Geb maybe reminds of Obelisk by being God of Earth.

However, the last name "Tormentor" doesnt fit in with Geb.

You mentioned Asar. I thought that was just different name for Osiris.

Morality in of Itself.

@Tarik
It’s logical to avoid a painful feeling in pursuit of a pleasant one
So my morality is based on logic. Thanks for conceding to my side again. People really cant tell what traps are. You said morality is same for all. My pain is not same as another's. If forced to choose me or another, I would save myself as top priority. Will you contradict yourself again about this? You cant seem to decide whats logical.

I do know how it works, but clearly you don’t by misconstruing my words.
You obviously dont know how it works.
"If X true, then Y is true" means that if Y not being true, then X isnt true either you know. Logic is complicated, I made it simple. Now maybe you  will understand, probably not.

If it’s not based on logic then how does one go about answering the reason as to why they have said “values”?
In my case, I have said values because I feel pain and happiness. That is not logic, but pure feeling. So the values are based on a feeling.

I did no such thing, please work on your reading comprehension skills.

The perfect world moral system
-->
@Critical-Tim
The diversity of societies would likely help individuals find their place. Each individual is different and requires different things to realize desires.

I am not sure how well would it work in practice. But history tells us that all people cannot follow same standard, so maybe a variety of societies would help.

Even in social groups, people often seek like-minded individuals. In a sense, everyone wants to be with his own kind. Maybe that is perfect balance in general.

@Critical-Tim
I believe that being an outcast is better than being an unwilling participant. The term unwilling by itself means that person would be forced through some violence.

If someone doesnt want to be a member of certain society, he should be allowed to leave that society if he isnt a threat to that society.

That to me seems like the best way to resolve otherwise unresolvable difference. If two persons cant work together, it is better to separate than to fight.

The perfect world moral system
-->
@Critical-Tim
When it comes to one individual, it is not difficult. He knows what he desires, what kind of a world he wants.

Over time, his views might change, which means that the meaning of perfect changes. It is not always the same for him.

However, when it comes to multiple individuals, each with different idea of the perfect world, it all comes down to pure negotiations.

Individuals with common ideas can work together to move closer to their ideal. On the other hand, conflicting ideas would likely fight.

The perfect world model serves for individual to give him way of making decisions to reach or move closer to desired world.

On a large scale, individuals unite around common goals, commonly desired world to help make that desired world a reality for them.

If it would be democracy or anarchy largely depends on the world desired by majority or by those with power to create.

It would be unfair to some. Those who cannot create their perfect world or cannot move close enough to it would suffer.

It is because different people have different and conflicting desires that exclude each other and cannot all co-exist at the same time.

So in a sense, concept is like grouping. If you know about a group of things, you know something about them all, since they all have in common what makes them a group, example plants.
It is also like explanation that applies beyond what it explains.

Concepts are, in my opinion,a better way of learning for many.

People having different opinions has nothing to do with the nature of morality, in order for any meaning or argument to make sense it must remain consistent, that’s how coherent logic works my friend
Looks like you dont know what is morality. Morality is not based on logic, you assume. Morality is based on person's set of values. Each individual has own different set of values. I dont see whats so hard to understand. You dont know what the word consistent means. It doesnt mean "everyone holding same moral value". People obviously have different moral values in life. So by your logic, morality doesnt even exist.

And if morality is same for all then there would be no need to preface morality by saying “my” which you did not me
Thanks for conceding that morality is not same for all. That was my point from the start of this show.

No. Thats just your assumption. A poor assumption at best. Different people means different morality. I dont see whats hard. Is it too big word?

 if it had that many faces to it like you claim then it would be impossible to interpret
I find it quite much very easy to interpret. You didnt know that people can have different opinions? Well, I am glad I could teach you something.
