Hey sorry I mostly can post sat sun Monday Tuesday.
Also as far as my role goes I don't see it as necessary to claim. I usually am not opposed to role claiming but role claiming at this junction will completely nullify my role. If it is absolute consensus that the game cannot progress unless I claim I will do so. Claiming isn't the end of the world but I could potentially game solve with my role this day phase if events play out a a certain way they tend to play out sometimes in mylo/lylo situations.
As far as who I scum read POE would indicate earth. But I am open minded towards Badger. I know I'm innocent so the cop result looks good for him though so that is my point of conflict. Today is likely LYLO so he could have come in here faking a guilty on me if scum. Maybe he didn't want to take the 1 v 1? The only potential issue with Badger is the fact that we had a JOAT role that also had a 1x cop ability on it but I can't give that one too much credit since Whiteflame apparently has a vig as well as misterchris.
So yeah today we can afford a no lynch if we absolutely cannot decide unless mafia have some double killing role. But Whiteflame seems clear based on pies death having no other logical explanation.

nah I agree messenger is also commonly scum aligned. Definitely not town confirmation and pretty useless. I feel like the role is actually more likely scum aligned because I can't actually see a reason a townie would need to send someone a message that doesn't confirm themm like a friendly neighbor would, or a mason.

I dont see why it is neccesary for him to claim though, and I think him being the protagonist reduces the need for it. If we have a reason to suspect him, then sure. But earth is equally inactive, so why aren't you asking him for a claim?

I don’t even know if I was a good guy. I think the justification more means that I was innocent when I was declared guilty. Either way, there’s a lot of possible overlap. I think I talked about it in another game

Being the main character isn’t affiliation indicative. I’ve made many games where the main characters are scum or it was half and half. Pretty sure Supa has done the same thing. Also it could be a fake claim. Supa gives them if I recall correctly
Why in this game would you suspect inverse theme split? Isn't your own charatcers justification for being a miller that you are actually a good guy who looked bad?
My justification is that I was wrongly charged with killing Lieutenant Colonel Hughes. The real killer was Envy who was disguised as me, but I was put bars because all the evidence was against me. In jail I was faced with two options, leave or be executed, so I obviously chose the leave option. Because I was innocent even though guilty in the eyes of almost everyone, I am the Miller.

I disagree cause town is screwed if an investigative role, especially in this small of a game investigated the Miller and gets a guilty. Also, I’m pretty sure you lost that game by claiming Miller when you were The Godfather lol

Unless the theme split is something terribly abstract, wyted looks pretty good being the main character.
Any opposition to mass character claim since the main character already is out and we have fewer numbers? I am not familiar with the theme to know if any roles would be obviously indicated by their associated characters.

I think our games here would be more fun if we shifted to different structures of playing, maybe try out a style similar to mafia scum, or to mafia universe. Just test different things out and "forget what we think we know" about mafia. Or just try different concept that aren't so reliant on themes, and more about deduction. We would need a significant amount of effort for it to work. People can't just pop in and make less than 5 posts a day.

I could care less about him returning to mafia. There hasn't even been a game in over a month. My issues are with moderation and how they apply discretion in their banning while trying to hide behind a code of conduct that they pretend to be Iron clad. I've been raising issues with moderation for over a year now even in defense of people I don't even like. Wylted and RM for example. Rm was never a significant part of the mafia community but I still defended him.
There is no hidden motive here. I am just recommending a better alternative to moderating that will increase the overall health of the site. Wylteds ban was just the most current example to use at the time I made this thread.
