I realize that this is WIFOM based logic mostly, and could be completely wrong. Actually looking back chris might have had the scummier post if he thought I was the 3rd mafia though. In post 9, if he knew I was scum, it would make sense that his this being a gambit or RVS test would be on any of those options. He was probably just confused and trying to make a laugh out of it so as to hopefully make people think less of the fact that the third mafia just claimed, dismissing it as a joke or jester makes sense.
Speed is mainly on that listed because I would have expected him more than anyone to ignore the post and think it was town WIFOM, and his first response was "huh" like "what are you doing bro" and then when chris mentioned the reaction test, instead of FOSing me for trying to get a reaction with only half the players, as he so aptly pointed out, his response seemed to be to sit and wait it out to see how people would respond before saying anything further.
I feel as town if he didn't think my gambit was profitable, he should have suspected that. My inkling was that he was hoping the situation would devolve to people generally thinking I was either trolling or pushing for inactivity, as is common in dp1, and should be the natural town reaction. Which is why I think the people who didn't react are more likely town.
There is the possibility I am missing the mark with this logic, and scum were big brained enough to think that town might know something they wouldn't normally know, but I still think it's more likely than not we found scum in those reactions.
I would like to hear from pie, danielle, warren, and greyparrot for thoughts on the issue.

I guess I would have no way of verifying if this is true lol. Already as soon as I posted the above, one of the 2 upvotes on my post just got removed. The fact that upvotes can be removed is silly, because if the other person removes the upvote it can be spun that there was never any upvotes in the first place lol.

Why?Was your mafia comment a joke, a reaction test, or the former that unintentionally had the results of the latter?
I was gonna wait til skittlez and danielle posted, but they are taking to long, and I think I've got some behavioral stuff to analyze with this so I will partial claim:
I have information in my role PM that tells me there are 3 mafia in this game. 2 share a PM, and the third one is not in the PM. I asked supa if mafia knew that my role existed, he said they do not. So my idea was to claim I was mafia right off the bat to see how scum would react, because the 2 in the PM are probably flabbegasted at the strategy if they think I am scum "Like bro we get it, your telling us your scum, stfu already."
I think the 4 reactions in particular were very valuable in regards to this information. Speedrace and misterchris, like myself, are very prone to upvote posts, so the fact that the post I wrote was upvoted makes me think that was one of them trying to say "yeah, we got the signal bro".
I feel like the natural town response would be to assume that I was doing some town RVS thing or joking, so the people who mostly ignored it or didn't say anything about it are probably town I think.
Bearman's response was one of the wierdest, but similar to croc it could just be him commenting the obvious.
What do you think of this?

That would have been awkward after how hard she pushed him dp1 and then trying to back off the logic somehow lol

Oro, I was giving him an out with the "L could be any investigative role, like tracker, watcher, role cop" but I was immediately suspicious of role cop and would've been suspicious of any other role other than cop most likely. I think I probably would've suspected speed once oro got lynched because I'd expect mafia to recruit speed. Maybe speed could've WIFOMed his way out of it but I doubt it
I was almost thinking if I was recruiter I would have gone after someone nooby specifically because of the guesswork that people would make about experienced players. Its the perfect WIFOM to use mislynches on

I am not going 'far to insult them' and very little of what I say is an insult but I don't deny that it's negative.

Ragnar keeps bringing up my ban over and over again copy and pasting previous posts and cliche phrases like 'I am sorry for being double standard to RM in the past oh poor me, how sorry I am that I was too lenient on him." It's annoying and completely disruptive to me because I can't just sit and ignore it.
I've seen you block, report, and unfriend people over much less, so I definitely doubt you lack to ability to ignore someone.
Then I see a thread congratulating the guy, it's very tilting and I am not sure he deserves any kind of applause whatsoever just for voting a lot on a website where he is leading terribly in multiple ways. The fact he has such support from some who keep following him around and upvoting his posts and all posts made defending him and/or attacking me is a product of the corruption, not proof I am wrong.

He is popular and it is dangerous for me to sit back and let him snowball it. Thus, I went through lengths within the rules to ensure that Seldiora and you knew I was being banned for 'harassing' you and you both fervently were furious and bemused once you realised I was being banned for it. This is where we start to see the foundation of his corrupt hold on the site eroding away, very slowly yet gradually towards an inescapable fate where people will now permanently hold him to a higher standard with all future moderation, whether on me or not.
I agree the site is dead and over moderation plays a part in that, but I dis-agree that you as a mod would do any better. I think you would be the epitome of what you hate as a site mod, but you aren't able to see enough past your own ego to realize that.
I did good for the site with how I handled this, David/Virtuoso and Ragnar will not make such a hasty corrupt move again for a long time if they are keen on keeping their chokehold on power in this website.
I was surprised and impressed you weren't insta banned for making a call out thread upon returning. That is a step in the right direction for the mods. Your too blinded by rage to see that, but I think they are honestly learning and getting better.

Maybe you should consider what websites you use and compare to if you think it's lax to make up lies to ban someone.
I have posts deleted on reddit all the time. Subreddit mods are strict as sh1t. It's annoying, but what can ya do.
The mods are either incompetent or malicious. After several discussions with them where I one by one break down the accusations and cite Virtuoso giving amnesty on top of the accusations being false (for the fabricated accusations of multi accounting and doxxing), I then came to understand from their responses that it was malice and not incompetence.So please do me a favour and stop saying I'm assuming malice.
I never said anything about their intentions with your ban. Why are you still on the site if you hate the mods so much? They aren't going to change their opinions about anything because you keep making petty comments. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but it's just incredibly ironic how far you go out of your way to constantly insult them and be a d1ck to them, while also un-friending people over a bit of dark humor that you didn't get. Having a moral high horse is all well and good if you yourself and stick to it haha.

Idk why you're defending Ragnar or something but he deserves no applause and I am completely allowed to be salty for him getting congratulated. I don't think he should even be on this site after literally lying to get me banned, let alone celebrated and glorified.
Just because a bad call was made on your ban doesn't mean he or any of the mods are bad people. Attacking him on every thread doesn't make you look very mature either. They could have perma banned you for nothing if they really wanted to, really it's up to them. Even though I think mods should be lax, the mods here are still objectively less hard on bans than mods in a lot of other websites.

Looking back at my notes, this is what I had down for DP1: "POTENTIAL 3rd PARTIES: Supa. Croc. Pie. Bear."I had used POE to rule out everyone else (can't remember how I got to those 4). From there I looked at subtle differences in behavior... Threw Croc out because he is always impossible to read, Pie was null because he was absent, Bear was.. Bear. Supa was playing very town, it looked like he was legit scum hunting. So it was either town or TP, plus my gut was telling me "Go Supa. Do it you cunt nugget"

I gave mafia tons of information this game on what roles were available, because I realize how powerful a justice is. There was only 3 town visiting roles, the rest were passive. Bear being confirmed by justice was unfortunate for mafia, his role was designed to be a big help for scum if mislynched.

Great job everyone! Like I said, this was a really swingy game with all the third parties, a recruiter, etc. It could have gone really pro mafia if the Justice would have targeted third party and town as well. Oro getting caught early was a good catch from danielle, I don't think he would have been suspected if she didn't jump in with a FOS late dp1.
Good job everyone, speed played well but was faced with some tough POE, and the fake claim ultimately hurt him.
