I can see wf/austin too, but I also am not a huge fan of your claim either. And Banana could be scum too IG. I don't like how she immediately voted like that. But I dont know who she would be a scum team with.
Everyone is sus. Whiteflame and vader cant work cuz they are both vig variants, doesnt make sense with balance. If one of you is scum then the other is town, I dont see you as a pair.
Austins claim is sus because with my role and earths role thats a lot of investigative power, and we unfortunately have no results to confirm the action.
Banana is sus because she could just be scum and lying about the TP, and the way she voted whiteflame makes me suspicious that she was the one "framing" him, but she could also just be right and calling a duck a duck, but idk.

Okay so we have two killing roles with whiteflame and vader. Both have horrible justifications IMO. I think I am kind of understanding vaders better but it still seems wierd to me. Whiteflame's makes a bit more sense, but it's a role I've never seen or heard of before. But I doubt casey would put two killing roles in the game with each other, so I think it's likely there is at least one scum between the two of them. Still want to hear austins claim.

I’m in a medical appointment with my wife and I’ll respond when I get a chance. For now, suffice it to say that I’m fine claiming if necessary, though I want a claim from Austin at least beforehand. As for my reason to vote Savant, that comes down to his strange prioritization of targeting with his role and his decision to flip on me to get attention off of himself with little to no reasoning behind it.
Why does Austin need to claim first? You are just as much in the POE as he is. Please claim first thing when your appointment is done.

Casey said Savant was executed, so basically mafia must have had an executioner. They only needed half the needed votes to kill someone. Usually this is a 1x role. I've used it a few times in my games, and I have seen it in other peoples games as well.

I mean that's the only reason but if I'm scum and I'm new, I'm focused on surviving as long as I can so I can win and I'm supposed caught guilty. What could be the best way for me to try and keep myself alive while also not generating attention to myself. As a new player I would be kind of inclined to say 3p if I've never played with one before
If banana is scum I suspect she is with a strong partner who would keep her from noob mistakes tho, it's why I suspected her initial post to begin with, I think maybe she had help with it.
I meant likely town if I didn't say that, but I don't think Wylted would be the type of player to silence themselves. Wylted as scum likely wants to start chaos as scum and push an agenda. I think that's probably the best thing he's good at with mafia. Why would he willingly take that away from himself?
I won't argue with you on this, I think he is likely town based on the silence. I am just keeping an open mind based on previous experiences.

Well austin did point out why though, its because he thought she would just take the 1 v 1 instead. I can see the argument there. She could have tried claiming ascetic to get me lynched too, since that was her supposed fake claim and town wouldn't have had a reason to buy my results.
I also don't love wylted in the POE he gave too.
Wylted being silenced is evidence he could be town, but remember, pie did pretend to be silenced in a game as scum not long ago. Wylted isn't town confirmed by any means, hes just likely town.

How do you gauge Austin's response to the 3p ?
I am not entirely sure where I stand on it, but I think he's right that if she is actually third party it's kind of a risk to let her live anyway as she could vote for a mislynch at LYLO to ensure the game ends at np4.
She could be telling the truth about being third party, but I find it weird that she would be given a fake claim. I just don't see a point in letting her live either way though. I don't sus austin though for considering letting her live.

Savant isn't technically out of POE either I asked casey if third party and mafia would appear as the same affiliation and he said they would not. So theres a chance hes scum as well.

I think it's very likely that scum have some way to bypass (?) PGO, I know some variants of Ninja work that way, or maybe scum have some Bulletproof role. I can't imagine them gambling a kill on Pie for no reason.

However, I am still a bit hesistant to fully buy this claim. If you are scum, you essentially could force 2 mislynches and win this game. Assuming scum still have 2 people, if we lynch both we lose this game. It also is a bit weird that this role is a 1x as well, meaning you can't test it again to see if there is anyone else.
I am definitely not ballsy enough to claim something like this as scum. Also it being more than 1x seems like it would be pretty OP imo. There's no way I am alive tomorrow.

Very very different from the role I implemented though, as I have been pointing out to pie recently. Your version of informed seems a bit arbitrary on the other hand, seems kind of weird to make a role like that wait til dp3. If you were scum fake claiming of course that would buy you time though, similar to a innocent child claim, difference being we'd have to take you for your word that the info wasn't wrong as you wouldn't be confirmed, and by dp3 town probably couldn't afford a mislynch, so that would be a convient way to argue for your survival. It's not impossible or anything, but it does make me question the claim a bit as it is nerfed a bit arbitrarily. I will give you though that prima facie, it seems to fit your character.

Luna’s non-substance is not affiliation indicative. He was inactive for DP1 in the game where Savant and I basically 1v1ed. What’s pinging my radar of Luna is his defense of Earth’s action being anti-town. I feel like Luna does this a lot where he defends someone he knows is a townie. My only concern is that he has no alternative lynch atm.
I don't really think I am hard defending earth here, and I specifically only want to give him a slight pass here because of the role I gave him in my last game kind of makes sense to me why he would ask that question. Would you agree that PGO is kind of an uncommon role? I haven't seen one in a while, and the one time I do remember the role being used, it ended in chaos and a game ending after a single day phase. I nerfed that role specifically because of said game, and earth had the option of picking said role. I don't know that he is town or scum, just pointing out that I can see a world where earth specifically could do an anti town thing like that without thinking about it. It kind of sounds like im calling him stupid, but its more like an "airheaded" thing. He could be just trying to sus out information as scum as well, I was mostly pointing out that I would like something a little more tangible added to that to secure my vote. I have no reason to believe earth is town at the moment. And yes I admit I do not have an alternative option at this time.

As for Luna, I'd like to see a lot more from him next DP and I'm fine seeking a full claim from him as soon as it starts. If we get Earth's claim, that will be three full claims (GP and Pie included) and a character claim + softclaimed role from WyIted, which already seems like a lot given that we know scum can ask about two characters and roles this DP.
I don't really understand why I am still in the conversation here to be fair, I have posted more substance than at least 3 other players, Wylted, earth, banana. I said as early as page one that I would be preoccupied during the weekend, so it's not like I didn't warn you my activity would be bad until now. I feel like you parroting off of savant a bit here. Even banana already dropped her suspicions based on my posting last night.

Yeah I seen it. I can see what your point is, the only reason I am giving him a pass for it though is because he literally just had PGO as a role option in my last game, and I had strictly limited the role specifically because of that mestari game I mentioned. I think it's natural for him to be curious about seeing that unusual role claimed without a limitation, considering he just saw it limited in the last game. And while I can see where you going with on it being "anti-town" for him to question it, I think that part of it is going over his head if you know what I am saying. I mean he could be scum I just don't know if that alone is really enough to justify it. I don't have an alternative though, and if there was a bit more to push him on I am sure I could be sold to the lynch, and I'd rather not no lynch, but considering we have more time I am hoping we can find a more promising option.

nvm I see what you are talking about. While I can see earth being curious about a full fledged pgo, (I too was curious since the role is kind of OP, I remember a game from lucky luciano or mestari if you remember him from that ID instead, where it ended np1 because the majority of visiting roles visited royalpaladin who was a pgo.). Its natural to be curious if that role has any sort of nerf measures to it, but I agree it probably isn't worth asking publicly. I had a pgo in my game, but it would only have effected the first person that submitted an action if chosen, and seeing as earth was just that role, I can see him being curious. But when you are suggesting to lynch yourself, it seemed obvious to me that it was a full fledged pgo and I kind of didn't really think more about it after that.

As for the decision between Luna and Earth, it's mainly one between largely inactivity/fluff posting from the former and the questions on Pie's PGO from the latter. It's harder with Luna because he's had games like this where he's just largely absent and involved only at a surface level as both scum and town. It's harder to explain the questions on Pie's role. Any insight he gains will inform visits, and I don't see why town would be aiming to test a PGO claim in the first place, particularly if they're townreading Pie.
Day phase ones usually aren't my favorite, because there is so little to go off of, we are 90% of the time going to mislynch, and since the meta is to lynch (something I have come to terms with and agree is necessary) its generally not fun to lynch someone for virtually no reason, or WIFOM to the extreme. DP2 and onward you can usually use hindsight to analyze lynches and behavior towards them, so the game tends to be a bit more engaging for someone like me later on. That said, there has been some games where I have been more active dp1. I would say recently the Inheritance game is a good example since in absence of behavior I could focus a lot of activity on theme. This theme, while I am familiar with it, isn't something I can really analyze a theme split for yet, and thus kind of makes really talking about it feel pointless until we get more information.

Honestly, sounds reasonable enough.VTL Luna for now. Should be clear based on the posts I and others have made, but I can go more in depth on my reasoning if necessary.
To be honest, I don't think this is a good push for you savant. I get desperation since we are closing in on the end of day, but this is really, really stretchy reasoning, you have to admit. I am here, I am posting. I've posted more than many players, Wylted, earth, banana, etc. You want to lynch me because I don't have a clear scum read on anyone? Why is that behavior more likely to be scum then town? Wouldn't scum be able to virtually justify almost any lynch at this point due to the "end of day phase" desperation phase? I do not see myself as a lazy scum player, and that is kind of the argument right, that I've been lazy this game? I have admitted that to some degree, since the day phase started during the weekend, and I tend to try to enjoy my weekend a bit since its the only time I can switch my sleep schedule, I generally don't want to spend my weekend on the computer as opposed to hanging out with my girlfriend.
But even then I have been posting when prompted. I tend to be a bit more of a reactionary player, I try to spot scum tells based on player activity, someone saying or doing something that pings me, and so far this day phase has been pretty vanilla. The only one really pushing people is you, and I don't scum read you because I feel you are sticking to your town MO (even if I feel the logic for some of your pushes is weak) I can tell it's from a genuine place of trying to stir up activity and get things going.
But anyways, I am going to reread the day phase now and try to offer an alternative lynch since Im up and at work and promised I would.

I mean I’ve been posting since the beginning of the day phase. You guys know I usually end up being pretty active and involved once I get going, but there hasn’t been a ton for me to go off of yet, and I feel like I wouldn’t be saying or doing much better than what savant is doing with the limited activity.
I will say I townread Austin, pie, GP, and savant based on posts so far, but I don’t really have any solid scum reads as of right now. I’m still technically supposed to be sleeping so I gotta go back to bed before work but I’ll be on in a few hours and try to post something more substantial. Bananas opening post actually does give me some scum vibes because she seems to have caught up way too fast. Maybe she actually was reading along but it’s also likely she’s scum and her partner gave her reads or something. Idk just something that pings me but I’ll look over her post again later.
