Luna, you made a couple mistakes that could have gotten you highly sussed, though it didn’t turn out that way. First, you called yourself a Vanilla Cop, but described yourself as a Neapolitan, which is a different role and what you actually were.
I didn't really expect anyone to sus my claim, because the way I went about it was pretty legit. I had no reason to do that as scum.
Second, you should have scumread Owen HARD immediately. Miller doesn't make any sense unless there's an alignment Cop or something similar. Why would I include a regular Cop in a game with a Neapolitan? It makes no sense. That being said, everyone seemed to believe your claim, and you were able to confirm WF, as well as Banana to a lesser extent. That was part of why I designed the setup as I did -- the mafia had a lot of power, but so did the town potentially. It all came down to how well everyone used their roles. My mistake was in not giving the town enough power. I think my biggest design flaw here was including the Ninja in a game where the only investigatives were a Watcher and an Odd-Night Neapolitan Cop. Austin should have been restricted to odd or even nights, maybe even made a 1x.
I was willing to vote Owen, someone else just ended up hammering him before me. Also I don't think your balance was bad.

Consider my vote on moozer, just have no reason to rush the phase. Everyone acted like I was the biggest dick in the world for hammering someone with an hour left in the last game, so I can be patient.

Are you sure that whiteflame is a Vanilla Townie, or just Vanilla? Typically, a Vanilla cop will get a "Vanilla" result for both Vanilla Townies and Mafia Goons, at least in my experience.unvote to prevent any shenanigans but would like an answer to this when you can
Yes I am 100% sure. Bullish already asked the same question and I asked casey about it already. I was specifically told whiteflame was a "Vanilla Townie" and when I asked about if a goon would show up as a "Vanilla Townie" He said no. So if whiteflame is scum then casey is a bastard mod.

I am just going to go ahead and town confirm whiteflame right now. I don't wanna risk dying and not outing my results, but Rashomon (Never even seen or heard of this film before) but it was a Japanese film about a story that is given by multiple people that contradict each others tale (premise kind of reminds me of the last duel if you ever seen that movie). Because the search for the truth results in no truth who is actually guilty, apparently I am the odd night vanilla cop. On odd nights I can investigate a person to see if they are a vanilla townie or not. This is why I said early on that I town read the multiple vanilla claims and why I fosed pie for pushing banana just for being vanilla. I figured there would be multiple vanillas this game based on my role.
That said, I also suspect vanilla was given to scum as a fake claim and they were probably told there were multiple vanillas. Now that earth has come out, I am a little suspect of one of him or banana being scum. I probably should have investigated banana, but I didn't want to risk passing whiteflame off as town because he is very good at deception and I can't help but always scum read him, so I checked him last night after some internal debate.
Also I soft claimed in my post to whiteflame about if men dont trust each other earth might as well be hell, apparently that is a famous line from this movie.
But yeah, I investigated whiteflame and he is 100% vanilla townie.
Also I don't disagree with whiteflame on his moozer sus, I am not sure the doctor claim really confirms moozer here either. My role though makes me think one of the vanillas could be lying, otherwise it would be pointless so my focus might be between banana and earth this phase.

Lunatic has felt very off compared to last game. He feels like less of an entity who's participating and more of just a floater. I know he might be busy, but it's jarring. And Post 66 in the last phase is... not great. The justifications are waffley and there's no real stances taken that couldn't be changed on a whim.
I don't think that post is too out of character for me as town, I gut read a lot. That said, I am not as active as I was planning or hoping to be so I apologize for that.

I am not sure what to think of owen, but I buy the vanilla claims from banana and whiteflame (ironic considering I was joking about buddying whiteflame). I think one of pie, wylted, or austin is likely scum based on POE and gut. Not sure where I stand on cerulean, they seem town, but they did in the last game as well. Bullish isn't an issue atm but I do lean town on him. Earth is kind of null. Moozer is being an idiot this game, which means he is likely town.
So yeah, my scum pile is pie wylted and austin. POE/gut, don't ask for extensive reasoning, I don't have it yet.

I'm curious, does anyone have a meta read on how Owen behaves differently as Town vs. Mafia if he's always at least a little scummy?
I haven’t analyzed Owen too heavily yet this phase (or anyone yet really) but I tend to notice with Owen that he is kind of “so obvious” as mafia that town will dismiss him and when he’s town he usually seems like an easy mislynch target but you can always tell with him. Or at least I can by certain things. I’ll be looking for those things as he posts more

I am 12 Angry Men. I am governor, I can nullify a lynch (of someone who is not me) and skip the nightphase. This is because in the film, the jury returns not guilty based on the doubt of only 1 juror.
Great movie. I don't doubt the claim and it's obviously very confirmable, but the justification seems wonky imo lol. You would think something with lynch prevention would make more sense with this but I guess I can see it.

Just to be clear, Pie "quitting" was at least a little strategic. He was pretty sure he was outed regardless and wanted to frame it in a light that made Banana look bad. He was still helping a lot behind the scenes with phrasing and proofreading posts.
Interesting. He is usually very hard to get lynched, even if he's viewed as scummy by everyone so it was a surprising relief for him to come out clean and not go down fighting tooth and nail just to convince everyone he is innocent last minute lol

I was right about pie but the same logic I used for whiteflame I was pretty convinced he was scum and couldn’t get it out of my head that he was. I am glad you guys killed me because if I had been there lylo I think I would have genuinely tried to consider both cases but ultimately my gut read on whiteflame was so strong I doubt I would have voted anyone other than him.
I do agree in the mod information thing making it town sided. And I do think it’s unfortunate that pie ended up quitting. I understand it was his birthday but in hindsight if he had told people that day “I really don’t wanna post tonight it’s my birthday” I don’t think it would have changed or alternated the course of the game drastically. We took dp3 kind of slow anyway. I don’t blame pie for quitting but I do feel bad for cerulean actually trying just for his partner give up.

I just cant really explain why there is a miller with no cop then, i mean if we had a night kill flip that would be one thing, but with casey self janitoring and being able to talk we know its not him, and flips being revealed on lynch, we dont have to doubt janitor/tailor results yet. But Ig it could be whiteflame and theres just randomly a miller with no cop. IDK.
We don't technically know that the passive role is a godfather. Casey was a movement based investigator, so the passive could be a ninja as well.
