Is anyone here super familiar with the theme? If you are I’m gonna expect you to help a lot with theme analysis. I will watch some YouTube videos at some point and see if I can find some breakdowns or something that can give me a good idea about potential theme splits when I have the chance.

Just depends on the mod. But I can see Casey maybe doing at least one vet, one noob, or something like that. Maybe two noobs since he is giving them fake claims and the ability to ask about character and roles

In terms of the swinginess of this game from a scale of 1-10, this was a solid "yes". Cool setup for sure, Yakuza is a broken role tho.

You guys played well, had some good thought processes going on in the PM. DP2 was just really surprising, and I don't think anyone could have expected it to go that way. I thought casey was a town lock for most people, at the very least, I expected him to survive off a VTNL to use the yakuza. Town really overcame adversity in dp2.

Not a whole lot to say here that isn't already known. Town had a lot of confirmation, but the intent was to throw that yakuza in to mix with that confirmation. Unfortunately due to town forming a very strong town block and trusting a hard read on casey, they weren't able to use the yakuza on np2 which very potentially could have helped them win the game. Props to pie for catching the scum slip on whiteflame's character claim early, props to mafia for putting in a valiant effort, you guys got very bad luck this time around, but I think under different circumstances you would have won this. This is probably the first time I have ever seen a yakuza not used on night phase 1. I was very surprised you guys didn't use the silencer for a mislynch np2. It wouldn't have mattered anyway with the night kill thing happening the way it did, but regardless, good effort from both members of the scum team.
Props to wylted and DD for forming that solid town block dp2, mharman played well too, he was just very conservative (which is a good thing). I know the game ended pretty quick but I hope people had some semblance of fun anyways. GG's all.

You are the Dark Lord. Because you have the ability to end attacks early, you can decide to end a day phase early at any point. Okay first of all I appologize for putting a newbie in the game. I figure most noobs usually try to understand at least the most basic of basic rules before they join and post. He seemed to have some similarity with mafia at first, and I was trusting barneys reccomendation a lil bit (not to blame barney, he couldn't have known he would do that). Anyways, what I am going to do is change his role to a third party survivor. I know number wise, it still hurts the town, but I don't really know what else to do with that slot. I feel like giving a benefit to town would be unfair to mafia also since it's not really their fault either. It's just an unfortunate situation. I was going to replace him with the first dead townie, but it looks like he posted his pm before I could. Oh well. In fairness to him I also don't think he intended to rule break, I think he genuinely didn't know, but at the same time if he was reading or even caring about playing I am sure the players would have told him there was a reason why everyone is paraphrasing. Ultimately he didn't care, so it is what it is.
So yeah, just turning him into a 3p survivor.
I feel like ending the day phase here would also be unfair to town, so I'll leave it up to town as a whole if they want to no lynch in this circumstance, rather than rob them of a lynch.
There is still roughly 3 hours in the day phase. If a lynch isn't reached by then it will end in a no lynch regardless. Good luck.
