If I was an enemy of the USA, I would assume that this is what the US military WANTED me to believe. Of course it does seem possible to overestimate people these days...
It would make sense to me for the government to be fake leaking things they want the enemy to believe. I get that we don't really expect competence from the government, but I'm surprised this hasn't been brought up more as a possibility. Of course, that would assume the govt is willing to take a political loss and that they planned ahead, which would be rather out of character.

Other countries have mandatory investment programs that put money directly into the economy. See Canadian Pension Plan (CPP)Â and the Swiss pension system. Or the Australian pension system. Not much different from investing in the stock market.

Divorce epidemic and gay marriage is a consequence of Calvinism
No, it's the result of people not caring about the rules of the denomination they follow and doing whatever they want. Divorce rates have gone up even among Catholics. And the Catholic Church doesn't recognize civil divorce as actual divorce. So from a Catholic POV, there is no divorce epidemic, just a lot of people committing adultery. Which was happening long before Calvinism.

Looking through CoC, the only bit I see that might get BK in trouble is this:
I'd argue that saying "children cant consent" comes close to this line but doesn't cross it. BK isn't actually advocating for anyone to do anything, and he doesn't single out what exactly he thinks they can consent to. It's all about implications, but I wouldn't consider this incitement. I mean, there were a Muhammad/Aisha debate and an age of consent debate that were probably closer to the line than this but didn't result in a ban to my knowledge.
For comparison, a similar rule says that "You may not engage in or promote criminal activity." I don't think the debate "Violent revolution is a just response to oppression" violates this rule, because it's discussing a hypothetical case, not actually advocating for anyone to do violent things.
That said, I'm not sure who gets the final word on CoC violations. There's probably some moderator discretion.

So buying a Tesla is Nazi behavior, but spray painting a swastika isn't? Also Nazis would put swastikas on their cars all the time. Or spray paint them on other people's property, kind of like protesters are doing now.
