If for some reason JoeBob flips innocent, I suspect Luna is the godfather. He copped innocent, but if scum had a framer, it surprises me they didn't use it on Luna. So scum probably has a godfather, and it's more likely to be Luna than anyone else (if not JoeBob) since he defended Austin.
