Why not. It's obvious from my character that I'm a power role, so there's no point in hiding it. I'm the doctor. My justification is that Arrow sacrificed himself to save Earth.
Anyone already give a proper grilling on this? As we can see in the graveyard, proper names might not be given, but Arrow is the name of Oliver Queen's show, to which he was known as The Hood and Green Arrow, as opposed to just "Arrow."
And while I know scum could fake it, who did you protect NP1?

Not caught up on everything, but why did you out yourself? I doubt I was in danger of being lynched with the amount of town cred I had. If people were pushing too hard to lynch me, would be something to let them take pretty far to incriminate themselves (not that forming a wagon guarantees scum, but they have certainly that the death would benefit them on their side).
Not sure who it was, but skimming over things earlier, someone said something about scum choosing to kill a watcher over the lovers... Two things on this: 1. They had no way to know my role when they selected me as the NK. 2. They obviously just saw greater benefit to killing the lovers later, and prioritizing killing power roles in the short term.

Scum have the power to kill people who annoy them. Had he been scum, he would have killed Lunatic at night, then passed it off as mafia trying to frame him.
Further, were I in the scum team what would my reborn tactic be? ... Consider how easily I could twist information gained as a watcher. It would be an overpowering edge for scum. As town I’m a suboptimal replacement, but available in a hurry, so the game keeps going uninterrupted.

Ok, dredging up the dead horse for another beating...
There is one benefit I forgot about to a lynch, that is information it gives us based on the flip. Without it, we have a single nightlight from whomever Mafia kill tonight; a second small light isn't much, but it's preferable to nothing.
While not a strong suspicion, the worry that Skittlez and Lunatic or Skittlez and MisterChris could be a team, seems worth ruling out.
Plus, he could be a third party serial killer claiming Miller as a cover (which would fit with his role justification of killing people...).
Of course, I'm flexible. We could also end the day in a no lynch (if doing this, I don't think we should wait for the countdown; I'll happily hammer it, I would just like one more short review on why or why not lynching Skittlez).

That said, each of those shows has a different feel. So if Flash is too easygoing and hopeful, there's Arrow which is so much brooding and usually pointless fights. Legends of Tomorrow is my favorite, as they're able to juggle everything in such a fun way.

This was an intense debate between two incredible debaters that ended up being one of the hardest decisions I have had to make as a judge. As someone who has had the pleasure of debating bsh1 twice before, he brought his best to this debate, and I was impressed to see blamonkey rise to the challenge. These are two debaters for whom I have a great deal of respect, and they put on a clinic in a debate that rivals the best I have read on both DA and DDO. The DART Bard, created by the user, SirAnonymous, seems like a normal DramaAlert esc news source discussing the topics. However, when you read it, it is much more than just that. SirAnonymous creates fictional character’s to relay the news to the people of DART in each characters own unique way. The DART Bard is extremely well written, comical, and most importantly, gives you the news going on in DART. This piece of work is always funny and informative, leaving the users of DART craving for another edition everytime! This thread would eventually become a Hall of Fame thread, and I am glad it was nominated sooner rather than later.-SupaDudz

DEBATE ART TOURNAMENT ROUND ONE

Despite being a relatively new user, BearMan has established his value to the site very quickly; and this thread is just another proof of it. Organizing and executing a tournament is an immense task, and BearMan and the voters (Ragnar and Whiteflame) have outdone themselves in making sure it goes smoothly. Not only was this a fun and unique idea, but it also had ramifications for the site as a whole. Before the tournament, debate activity on the site had grinded to a near halt. But as soon as it kicked off, DART saw a massive influx of debate activity and new, energetic users. While probably not the sole cause, this thread (the one that started it all) has certainly earned some credit.-MisterChris

Small misunderstanding there... The dashboard is something oro and I do passive aggressive bickering on in these games, but I generally don't mess with the order since it wouldn't do anything to towns benefit while likely causing more errors. One accomplishment I am happy for, is getting him to put himself in the top of town, instead of the graveyard.
My actual reads were given back in in #113, in which I didn't really town read anyone.

I call that type of thing anti-town, no matter how much it annoys some people. If town, it gives Mafia ideas, and helps them mislynch the speaker for trying to build a case ahead of time. If mafia, it tries to build town cred.
Either way, it's a public declaration of intellect, when a better thinker would more likely keep their mouth shut about it.
